Submitting the audit-request form does not authorize any security testing, and neither does agreeing to these Terms. Any engagement begins only after a separate written agreement that defines scope, authorization, and rules of engagement is signed by both parties. Until then, no testing of any kind will occur.

3. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, layout, graphics, and the UmbraGlass name and branding, is owned by UmbraGlass and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse Site content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

4. No warranty

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
